CFAR Pathway Programs

The CFAR Pathway Programs focus on the mentorship and HIV research training of high school, undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral scholars, with an emphasis on the inclusion of students from groups underrepresented in HIV science. These programs are intended to complement existing CFAR developmental programs that support early-stage investigators at the faculty level. The CFAR Pathway Programs Coordinating Center is housed within the DC CFAR to support and coordinate the evaluation of Pathway Programs across the national CFAR network.
