Coordinating Center

CFAR Pathway Programs are HIV research training and mentoring programs for high school, undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral scholars with an emphasis on groups underrepresented in HIV science. The DC CFAR serves as the Coordinating Center for these Pathway Programs across the CFAR network.

Local DC Program

The DC Pathways Program provides HIV research training and mentorship opportunities for local high school and undergraduate scholars with an emphasis on the inclusion of groups underrepresented in HIV science. The program includes high school students from DC, Maryland and Virginia and undergraduate students from Howard, George Washington, Georgetown and American Universities.
