Apply for a DC CFAR Microgrant!

February 15, 2018

Full investigator DC CFAR members are eligible to apply for Microgrants. The competitive Microgrant Program provides funding of up to $2,500 (up to $5,000 for NextGen Sequencing) to access services offered by the Scientific Cores to generate preliminary findings that may strengthen future applications to the DC CFAR Pilot Awards Program or to NIH directly. Types of services that are eligible to be covered through this mechanism include, but are not limited to, laboratory services and specimen acquisition and shipping.

Microgrants can also be applied to cover publication fees, poster printing, and travel to scientific conferences by DC CFAR Pilot Awards and NIH CFAR Administrative Supplements recipients.
