DC CFAR member, Seble Kassaye, MD, MS, has published an article in the Clinical Infectious Diseases Oxford Journal entitled, "Transmitted HIV Drug Resistance High and Longstanding in Metropolitan Washington, D.C.".  
 
The article discusses a study that looked at the changes in transmitted drug resistance (TDR) to antiretrovirals in Washington, DC.  Findings identified a high prevalence of TDR among HIV individuals in metropolitan Washington, DC, regardless of gender.
