March 9, 2016

CROI
The 2016 CROI Community-Wide Update will be held at Us Helping Us on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 5:30-8:00 pm ET. CROI is an annual conference where internationally renowned infectious disease researchers assemble to present and discuss the most recent developments in research.

The purpose of the "CROI Community-Wide Updates"is to sustain efforts that began in 2009 to gather community members interested in HIV science and provide an opportunity for them to learn about and discuss the latest developments in HIV care, treatment, prevention with local care providers, scientists and experts. The event seeks to bridge the gap between science and community by having this forum to bring scientists and community members together.

Please RSVP to Alia Murphy, DC CFAR senior research assistant, at [email protected] if you are interested in attending.
