Current HIV/AIDS-Related Research Activities:
- Principal Investigator and on multiple HIV Prevention projects including the multi-site CDC Foundation PrEP Demonstration Project (SHIPP).
- Co-Investigator and clinical training lead for the Gilead Foundation funded multi-site women and PrEP demonstration project.
- Research Clinician on over 40 pharmaceutical HIV and Hepatitis C phase I through IV research trials.
Current HIV/AIDS-Related Educational Activities:
- Clinical lead for multi-disciplinary PrEP program of over 2,500 patients; led integration of biomedical prevention into primary care program at large multi-site community health center.
- Technical Expert Panel member for Office of Population Affairs, Health and Human Services Decision-Making Guide for the Provision of PrEP Services in Title X-Funded Family Planning Service sites.
- Clinical and Programmatic leader for development and integration of Medication Assisted Therapy for Opioid Misuse in Primary Care.
- Programmatic leader for implementation of only community health-based AIDS Clinical Trial Group (ACTG) research site in the United States. Oversaw and developed Standard Operating Procedures, Pharmacy Establishment Plan, and overall implementation.
Current HIV/AIDS-Related Clinical Activities:
- Primary Care Clinician in Community Health setting specializing in LGBTQ and HIV care.
