DC CFAR Investigators Amanda Castel, MD, MPH and James Peterson, EdD, along with Dr. Jennifer Skillicorn, DC CFAR Administrative Director, and colleagues from the GW Milken Institute School of Public Health and the DC Department of Health, recently published an article in PLoS One entitled "Comparing Cost-Effectiveness of HIV Testing Strategies: Targeted and Routine Testing in Washington, DC." The article discusses routine testing to identify more newly diagnosed HIV infections and averting more infection as compared to targeted testing.
