Current HIV/AIDS-Related Research Activities:
Our lab is interested in applying computational biology (especially machine learning) and gene editing technologies in infectious diseases like HIV/AIDS. We recently used CRISPR screens to identify critical factors and predict synergistic drug combinations to reverse HIV latency.
