Current HIV/AIDS-Related Research Activities:
I am a Research Scientist at the Whitman Walker Institute, serving as site principal investigator on a number of studies surrounding the health and well-being of racial, sexual, and gender minority groups in HIV treatment and prevention. This includes two longitudinal cohort studies following transgender women across major cities in the United States either at risk for or living with HIV. I am also researching factors associated with HIV incidence among sexual minority men and helping to disseminate findings from ongoing studies that identify pathways between intersectional stigma and HIV outcomes.
