Current HIV/AIDS Research Activities:

  • Prepares HIV prevention and care providers to operate in the emerging healthcare delivery and financing environment
  • Works with federal, state, and local governments on the organizing, financing, and evaluation of HIV prevention and care services
  • Conducts HIV and other infectious disease healthcare research and program evaluations across the US, including analysis of health insurance claims, epidemiologic, and administrative databases

Current HIV/AIDS Educational Activities: 

  • Developing curriculum and training healthcare workers across the US to conduct eligibility determination and assist clients to enroll in PrEP and HIV clinical services and medications 
  • Conducts webinar on topics related to the emerging healthcare delivery and financing environment for providers conducting HIV, HCV, and STD services.

Current HIV/AIDS Service Activities: 

  • Provide technical assistance and capacity building for community-based organizations, healthcare facilities, and government agencies 
  • Assisting State and local governments to organize, finance, and evaluate their infectious disease prevention and clinical provider networks 
  • Design innovative methods for delivery and payment of those networks
