Please join us for the DC CFAR Developmental Core Research Webinar.  The webinar session is scheduled for Friday, September 8, 2017 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm.

Dr. Alberto Bosque-Pardos, Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, Tropical Medicine, and Immunology, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, at George Washington University, will present this webinar entitled entitled "Sex is a biological variable in a primary T-cell model of HIV-1 infection", followed by a question and answer period.  Dr. Bosque will discuss the results of his recent research in addressing whether sex was an intrinsic biological variable in CD4 T cells for HIV-1 replication, establishment of latency and latency-reversal.
