Barasky
We would like to inform the DC CFAR community that the DC CFAR Scientific Manager, Ms. Rebecca Barasky, has accepted a new position as Senior Program Associate in Clinical Effectiveness Research at the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) - her last day with the DC CFAR will be Friday, April 15, 2016. Ms. Barasky joined the CFAR in 2012 and played an instrumental role in our successful DC CFAR application in 2015. She served as the Coordinator of the inter-CFAR Working Group on the HIV Continuum of Care, and has worked closely with the Developmental Core coordinating the Pilot Awards Program. The DC CFAR is grateful for Ms. Barasky's numerous intellectual contributions, her admirable work ethic, and her kind spirit.

The search for Ms. Barasky's successor will soon begin, and information about this search will be included in the Weekly Update once available. Interested and qualified persons are encouraged to apply. If you need immediate assistance with a DC CFAR pilot award or supplement, please contact the Developmental Core or Ms. Alia Murphy [email protected].
