  • Retain an interest in children’s thinking about disease and may publish again in this area. 
  • Have data on children's theories of the effects of alcohol and cocaine on behavior and the role of the brain in mediating those effects and the effects of an intervention to improve understandings.
  • Have interest and expertise in designing open-ended and structured interviews for use with children and adolescents and in peer reactions to children with diseases and disorders.

Current HIV/AIDS Educational Activities:

  • I teach or have taught courses on lifespan development and on child, adolescent, and adult development and theories of human development and therefore have expertise to offer on a range of developmental and family issues related to HIV/AIDS.
