Apply Today to be a MACC Scholar!

July 24, 2020
The Mid-Atlantic CFAR Consortium (MACC) is now accepting applications for the second cohort of early career investigators from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups.

The MACC Scholars Program is a collaboration between the DC CFAR, the Johns Hopkins University CFAR, and the University of Pennsylvania CFAR. The goal of the MACC Scholars Program is to support the development of new investigators with an interest in HIV among underrepresented populations in the Mid-Atlantic regions, and to encourage their development as independent, HIV investigators.
MACC Scholars each receive up to 10% salary support and funds for use towards a pilot project that will contribute to an understanding of HIV among underrepresented populations in the Mid-
Atlantic region. To learn more information on the resources available and how to apply see the detailed announcement here. Applications are due August 15, 2020.
